THCC 2020 Virtual Conference Series:
Achieving Health Equity for All Tennesseans in an Era of Change
This year THCC is hosting our annual conference virtually! The 2020 THCC Conference Series is a 4-part series featuring topics on health equity, surprise billing, the impacts of underinsurance and the coverage gap, and the rural hospital closures across Tennessee. The theme for this year is Achieving Health Equity for All Tennesseans in an Era of Change.
Conference Goals
∙ Increase knowledge of state health disparities and how health policies impact Tennessee residents in both urban and rural areas.
∙ Examine strategies to address inequities in insurance coverage and surprise billing in Tennessee.
∙ Provide examination of effective advocacy strategies for relationship building with policymakers and collaboration with allied groups and organizations.
