This year THCC is hosting our annual conference virtually, making participation convenient for activists from across Tennessee. The 2021 THCC Conference is a 2-part series. Addressing Enrollment Gaps and Navigation for Underserved Communities on September 18 and Protecting Tennessee’s Rural Hospitals on September 25.

Conference Goals
- Increase knowledge of State health disparities and how health policies impact Tennessee residents in both urban and rural areas.
- Examine strategies to address inequities in insurance coverage in Tennessee.
- Provide advocacy training and leadership development to Tennessee students and professionals to champion policies that promote better health and better health care.
- Provide training on effective advocacy strategies including relationship building with policymakers and advocacy training.
